Horrible Customer Service

My office is at kasturba road and I usually used to order from Juice Junction. The guy who attends the phone is really sick. His reaction is as if why the Hell did u call. And usually takes more than an hour to deliver. And when asked his reply are very rude.

The most horrible experience I had was that recetly my team member ordered for some juice and sandwich... when called after an hour the guy said the order on its way... when called after 2 hours he said i dont remeber u placed an order... That the last time ever anyone of us ordered from there... and i never ever would visit that place
