Good
For those missing their daily dose of Ben and Jerrys funky flavors here is our very own version. Home grown and pretty world class
Its flagship flavor is Death by chocolate. It literally kills you with an overdose of chocolate. Loved it immensely
All flavors are truly worth at least one try. Another flavor that I liked was strawberries and cream
The pricing is very affordable for the quality you get

Good
I have been a great fan of MTR food though I find the wait time and the huge crowds at Lalbagh pretty discouraging. I was therefore pleasantly surprised to stumble upon MTR moments at Rajajinagar. Same great taste with no wait time
The decor is similar to the original MTR near Lalbagh. You need to climb up a flight of stairs to get to the 'family' seating area
Needless to say the food is great. I had rava idli, masala dosa, khara bath and washed it down with great filter coffee
A great place to go to for a quick bite over great coffee
They also have a bakery/ sweet counter where you can pick up some delicious snacks

Another theme restaurant from BJN group. The decor has a rustic north western frontier look
I found the staff, especially the one at the reservation desk snooty. I mean I made a reservation and they made me wait for 15 minutes. Incidentally the waiting area sucks
Once seated, I found they did not have a child seat. I have a 1 year old and had to keep the child on my lap. The seats are extremely uncomfortable. Another problem with this restaurant that there are no non smoking areas. Can be uncomfortable if you have little kids
The food however is delicious. The kababs were amazing, the paneer dish that I ordered was fabulous. The only reason this restaurant gets the rating is for the food
The place is pricey, but the food is great

Good
Have always loved the theme restaurants that BJN group brings, but walking into Sahib Sindh Sultan was amazing
The decor is amazing and is definitely one of my favorite fine dining places. The entire restaurant is done on a railway theme dating back to the 18th or the early 19th century when royals used to travel in style. There is a rail coach in which they have seating options.
The place is definitely pricey, but then again dont we pay more for fine dining experience
The staff are nice and attentive
I have had the thandai and sultan sherbat and both were great
The kababs are out of the world and the rest of the spread is good

For ages what MG had lacked was reasonably priced vegetarian restaurant with good ambiance. Emgees appears to fill in that slot
Located in the Shelton Grand Hotel, you could easily miss this place if you are not looking out for it
The ambiance is good for a restaurant in its price range.
I had Channa Batura, Rotis, Pulao and a Paneer dish. The food was tasty and the portions filling
The price is reasonable but beware of the waiters suggesting pricey options and desserts
I made the mistake of asking the waiter for his suggestion on a paneer dish and he recommended a pricey one
