Favourite Foods
Born and "bread" in Sadi Dilli (New Delhi for the rest of us), I have grown up eating Rajma and Butter Chicken. Thanks to my friends from another community, I was introduced to the galis of the Jama Masjid area to find excellent Biryani, Nihari and Mutton Korma (of Kareem's fame). My job made me travel for me to get introduced to Sushi which became my favorite for for the next 3 years. I am now living in Bangalore trying to find decent Punjabi food, my search for good Sushi ended though when I found Harima.

Kebabs cannot be made by everyone

I grew up in Delhi where Kebab recipes are protected with life - bar-be-que or otherwise and you WILL travel 40 kms 1 way if you have to, if you want to eat a particular kebab. I don't think I am certified to make kebabs and I only learnt it the hard way that prawns cook way quicker than mutton. Overall the food was OK and this place can be given a pass easily. The chicken meat turned into rubber and prawns don't really go well with all the sauces present. The service attitude is very 1970s where a waiter is trying to please you in all the wrong ways and I can't really have a "new-age" conversation in a place with a "new-age" concept. The dal makhani and the small gulab jamuns were great though!

To sum it all up:
Go there for:
- A decent buffet (but might be overpriced)
- Valet parking

Stay away because:
- You are a kebab fanatic and this does not do justice at all
- Your conversation WILL be heard by people sitting 2 tables away because of the way things look cramped in here
