Just Dance presents Body Conditioning Workshop. This session will consist of a developing series of exercises taken from conditioning, dance and martial art forms. The stretching will improve the range of motion of the muscles and the joints. Body conditioning practices will help prepare for challenges and development while runs and jumps will focus on cardiovascular endurance. These sessions can be done for various purposes like strengthening muscles, honing movement skills, for weight loss or maintenance or for enjoyment.
