Great place but very expensive 2012-03-22
Zafran is a must visit for the food. The Indian and Lebanese fusion is a big success and the end product is mouth watering and tasty. The staff was very well behaved and offered good suggestions for the food. The only problem though is that it makes a hole in your pocket. A meal for two without drinks costed us 2600 without alcohol. Great food and service but they definitely need to reduce their costs. -

Zafran is the latest restaurant to open within The Park Plaza Hotel near Marathahalli. Its an attempt to fuse Indian cuisine with Lebanese and generally I am a little wary about fusion food but this one really comes out with flying colors in all aspects. Though what we had wasn't much of fusion food but the Lebanese and Indian dishes that were served to us stood out on their own. So me and a friend thought of catching up at Zafran for drinks and some Lebanese food.
