I agree with some of the bad reviews for this place. I went in for a blunt haircut and it turns out the hair stylist has cut one side longer than the other and she didnt even realize it, till i specifically got her to correct it.. In fact, despite the fact that i went in for a professional to cut my hair, it looked like a trainee was doing so. I even wrote to YLG and got no response..
omg!!!i went in for a straightening n came out with a bald spot!!turns out the hairstylist Bliss cut chunks off my hair to use as extensions for other customers..sick!!
I am a regular at YLG Cunningham road for the last 1.5 years. I signed up for the yearly "Smart Pack", I have to say that they did a real good job of selling the package to me, however i regretted it the moment I made the payment. The service provided is below standard. The staff are very unprofessional & do a very shabby job. Its not worth your spend. The person who manages the salon, Aslam is even worse.... Over the last seven years, I have got my hair cut and coloured, mostly at Bounce, 4 times at Jean Claude Biguine, and once each at Spratt and Squeeze. Oh, and another place on Lavelle Road that shut down.
I decided to try out YLG at Hatworks Boulv. because of my fond memories of Decleor (a lovely, eat-off-the-floor-clean spa) that used to be on the premises earlier and because I saw a mention of YLG at a design firm's office. In retrospect, temporary insanity.

I recently tried the YLG at HSR layout and lo i didnt have a good experience at all. Staff is extremely unprofessional. Prices are so expensive on the services they provide. Even a branded parlor like Lakme dont charge you up so much. You dont get what you pay for.
My visit to YLG Salon in Koramangala was a horrible experience. The staff are completely unprofessional. They aim only at signin in people for the membership. A friend of mine(an existing member) strictly asked me not to fall for the scheme coz she had a bad experience herself.
