Tamil Non-Veg food in Bangalore
Ponnusamy is a well known restaurant chain from Chennai, specializing in Tamil non vegetarian cuisine. The Bengaluru branch is next to Imperial Hotel on Residency Road.
I recommend this place for strict non vegetarians as there is a distinct aroma of seafood in this restaurant which may not be to the liking of vegetarians. The place serves crabs and seafood apart from chicken and mutton. Another speciality is Kadaii (quail) which is a delicacy here.
Try the chettinad dishes here. I recommend Kadaii Fry which goes very well with Rumali rotis. Also delicacies like Liver fry and Brain Masala are available.
The place is not expensive... a meal for two is within Rs 200.
