Last week I went to 10 Downing street, for a Saturday afternoon lunch. We got the bill and when my friend went to pay the bill I stopped him from giving our company visiting card to avail the corporate discount. I told him let the bill come and we shall give the card to avail the discount, so that we exactly know how much the discount is, on the bill. My friend did just that. When we gave the card to the waiter after we got the bill, he said that they will not be able to give us the discount as the bill has already been made. We told him that we want to talk to the manager and this manager called Satyam came there. We explained the problem to the manager and manager said "I can't do anything about this because it's a rule that you need to give your discount card before you get the bill”. I told him that it was totally unfair and he should give us the discount as we are (we really are) regular customers. He said "You don't have an option but to pay the bill" in a very arrogant and rude tone. I asked him is this the kind of customer service you guys give, he was quick to reply, "Yes this is the customer service we give". This is the worst experience I have had as a customer.
What really bothers me is not that he didn't give us the discount but the way he spoke. Satyam is mentally unfit to handle customers.

Pretty good...by Hyderabad standards. I went there on a Saturday night. They played good music....a bit too loud at times. But what sets this place apart is the crowd. Polished and mature, well errrr.....25 to 35 bracket . The service was good. All orders were catered to in a short span of time. Alcohol was good and so were the cocktails...
The dance floor was impressive, tucked in so as not to hamper the movement of the people at the tables or at the bar - a bit too small for my liking though.
I had an awesome time...a must visit!!

They could do with better drinks though. Even a bloodhound might not be able to sniff out the alcohol in their mixes.
The place has a great ambience though and their lunch platters are quite exceptional. The place is not meant for those who want to go and sip their drinks over some nice music and conversations, cuz the place is too loud for that. But go there for decent music and enjoyable evening. A special draw is DJ BlackJack who plays there on Tuesday evenings and has a nice rock oriented set. Avoid the Karaoke nights like the plague, cuz most of the people cant sing for nuts and the music selection is quite disappointing.

TDS as the place is popularly called is a good place to enjoy your drinks. Surprisingly, the food is very good. The drinks, however, if some of the exotic ones are ordered, they seem to have a shortage of them.
The place is dimly lit, but with good seating arrangement and on most days play good music. The music varies for each day of the week. I've always enjoyed the music over there be it karaoke or retro night.
The service is amazing. Even on the most crowded nights, the waiters are always cheerful and prompt with their service.
