Timings : Upto 1 PM (Sunday Brunch)
Charge: 249 + taxes
Me and my wife went to this place last sunday. We reached there at 12.00 noon. At first sight we thought wow, we'll have some nice brunch. But when we entered, we realised that they didn't has much options for brunch. No variety. Same old Breads/Butters/Omlettes and all. No creativity. Moreover at 12.00 only their bowls were empty and instead of repetitive request to fill them up, but...
Seriously... pathetic service, pathetic food. only ambience is ok...
Waste of money.....

Ok, this place used to be very good, and now it's pretty bad. Apart from the settings, which are almost perfect with the open settings, and trees all around, we didn't find anything else interesting. Step 'into' the place, and the dim lights and a nice(?) candle on the table would make the couples happy I guess, but for my buddies and I, we really struggled to read what was on the menu under the dim lights, and what's more, since there was no girl in our midst, we didn't get a candle on the table!!!
The soup we had tasted very bad... it was thick and gooey, as if they dropped in an extra quart of flour into it, the kind of stuff Calvin complains to his mom about the food he's usually served, and worse, the pepper on the table is white pepper and not black. So add all you want folks, the taste wouldn't change. The starters that we ordered, fried cheese sticks, tasted very bad. Maybe it was the wrong dish to order, but it was bad all the same.
The main course that we ordered was, well, not bad, but I've certainly had way better for the same cost. The lamb pepperoni was well cooked, but bland! I guess they added more white pepper instead of the regular black pepper, the veg goulash was ok, and the chicken rockers, was, again, bland and smelt funny. Our glasses weren't filled with water until we asked for it (maybe they were busy, it being a Saturday night, but then again I wasn't having a free meal), and we had to wait for 20 minutes for the bill to arrive! That's it, game, set and match...this place is outta my list for good!

I had visited this cafe some 6 months ago and did not feel like posting a review. Today while browsing through, I got the urge to write. So here goes:
* The setting is quite nice and laid back.
* A Bud beer (330ML) costs 120Rs (or more?) while the MRP is 33Rs. Come on! A 100 bucks extra?
* Food is average on the verge of good.
* When I ordered the bud beer, the waiter said "Sir, it costs 120Rs".
* There are lots, I mean LOTS, REALLY LOTS of mosquitoes, and its a semi open air place with lots of trees around.
Moral of the Cafe: We will burn a hole in your purse so as to allow our many mosquitoes to explore.
Avoid.

The outdoor setting is nice and relaxing.
The menu is elaborate.
Food tastes good.
Takes a while to serve. Be ready to wait.
Take a walk around the place, it has some stores attached. The walk gives you something to do while waiting for the food.
The service is good. Courteous waiters.
YOU HAVE TO DO DESSERTS HERE!!!!
A meal consisting of 2 beers, lime soda, one starter, 2 main course dishes and a dessert costed us just 975/- which we thought was good value for money, for a meal for 2. The main course dishes range between 180-250/-.
Highly recommended.
Enjoy a long lazy brunch at Frescos. Its gooooood!!!!
