  • Easily the Best Italian restaurant in Bangalore

    My husband and I had been to several Italian restaurants in Bangalore - Little Italy, Fiorano Ristorante, Toscano, etc, but none measured up to the quality of F&B at Via Milano.

    The service was very good, and Carl Ferns and Roger Hessing, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The chef, Paolo, was... indecipherable with his Italian accent :-) The waiters and captains were average - sometimes sometimes uncaring. But we didn't allow that to ruin the experience for us.

  • Wow! Amazing food and drinks

    I visited VM a few months ago and was impressed by their selection of food and alcohol - the grilled chicken, the cosmos.. all were very good, but I hadn't bothered to write a review.
    I went back there again with my spouse, and they'd changed the menus - both food and drink - and the quality was truly awesome!!

    The red snapper fish with the potato crust was awesome! The Spaghetti Bolognese, though simple, was absolutely delicious. The bacon salad was amazing, especially with the topped poached egg. Their drinks menu has changed for the [much] better. They have a wider variety of choices,

  • have lost the zing!!

    Via Milano has definitely lost the zing..have been visiting VM if not regularly then quite often...i love the ambience though the menu is limited..Last 2 visits have been bad..probably they have changed the chef...nothing tasted good be it the salads or main course or anything else for that matter..my friend ordered "grilled selection of meat"..though the plate came only with chicken..nothing else...the fish i ordered was stinky...pasta was average..not worth it specially at that price!! my gelato was watery...probably time has come to serach for a new Italian restaurant which has delicious food... read more
