  • ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE, EVER. Oct 26, 2012

    I gave my Maruti Swift for a dent removal for a fortune and was promised to have 'touch-ups' done free of costs to compensate for the steep price .. And voila! I got the car back, delayed, half-done with more scratches and dirt than how it was given to them.
    Pictures (with a digital camera!) were taken and when pointed to them for the new scratches, I was pointed to the job-sheet!
    And here comes the icing shit on the cake: I had a Capdase Universal car mount which disappeared upon the delivery of the car - and the service centre remained closed for next 1 week and I am still to get it back    ... read more

    Poor quality of service, when car giving started giving trouble related clutch after a month, they even refused check stating they did not do any service related to clutch and asked me to go to the dealer who replaced the cluth earlier. More over they did not updated the online service records, I was getting calls from various dealers that my vehicle service is due for many months. Pls be care ful about this service centre

  • AVOID UM CAR SERVICES like PLAGUE!! May 30, 2012

    I recently gave my car for servicing and repair to UM Cars (Airport Road). It was the most unsatisfactory service ever.

    To begin with - they did not send their personnel with any ID card/receipt or a sheet that clearly states on which parts of the car they will work on. So, it is all upto their (short) memories. Expect your car to come back with some issues yet to be fixed.

    I had given my maruti swift for service at UM motors. When I went to collect the car back, there was a crack on the windshield. Though the manager acknowledged that the damage was done by him, he however asked me to use my own insurance to claim the damages. So, a pretty bad experience here.
