Toys and toys have stocked a great deal of variety of toys. But you have to put up with the behavior of the staff. I have been there many times, none of them show any interest to show us anything or even help to take something placed on a higher rack. If you browse through things they come along and immediately put things back as if they didnt want us to examine it. Forget a smile, cant they show a minimum decency to customers!
I bought a helicopter toy on 25th June 2011 from the Toys and Toys shop Indira Nagar shop, for close to Rs. 2000/- which didn't work. I went to the shop to exchange, but instead the person at the shop fixed it and gave it to us back.
After two days I found even that wasn't working. Went to the shop 3 days later. Mr. Ramesh - store manager behaved very rude and said nothing can be done for this. After fighting with him for one hour, he gave me another helicopter.
