    i had booked flowers for my friend for a delivery at her office on 2-Dec a day in advance (booking # 2279). One Mr Mohammed took my booking & i clearly instructed him to deliver it at her office only after 1030 am as she wudnt be there before it. Even after insisting this, the delivery boy called my friend at 730am and pressurised her to collect flowers at her home. This was done bcos her house was nearer to Tilia office in Koramangala. I wanted to take my friend by surprise but this handling from Tilia totally upset the plan. if i had to deliver flowers at her home i could have done it myself... read more
