Loved the fish spa 2011-03-01
Yesterday was a day of firsts for me- first visit to a spa and first 'professional' pedicure which incidentally was done by fish. After the initial tickling sensation, the ten-minute fish spa session left my feet feeling soft and relaxed. At Rs. 210 INR for a 10 minute session, it is probably half the price you pay for pedicures at other salons. Totally worth it. Looking forward to trying out their reflexology treatments.

If you have really sensitive feet or are a little bit squeamish just thinking about little fish nibbeling on your feet you probably should skip the fish spa and go for one of the massages at Kenko instead BUT if you are game for trying new and different experiences the fish pedicure is something you must try! I would recommend going with a good friend because it is definitely an experience you want to share. My husband and I have been wanting to try Kenko's for ages and finally went this weekend. Definitely a very special experience. The Fish Spa is a MUST. At first it tickles horribly, but you get used to it after 2 minutes. After that it's like a massage. I had so much fun and it actually makes the feet soft and pink :-) The head reflexology massage was just wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended. -

I went to Kenko spa last Saturday..I had just called up like 30mins before & booked an appointment. The lady who attended d cal was so sweet n welcoming. I got there...nice place. Told her i wna try d fish spa...n dis another lady took me thr to place...They wash ur feet..n den spray something...n take u to d pool filllled wid small smal fishes..I was hesistant to dip my feet inside coz i was scared, they wud eat my leg. But the lady told me ntn to worry it ll just b a tickly feeling. I dipped..n it was so cute feeling..it made laugh n such a relaxing feel. Its like these small small fishes come... read more -
