Wanted to gift a friend a massage. I was initially told over the phone that their gift vouchers start from Rs. 500. I requested for an online payment option and voucher because I work at the other end of town. I was told that they dont have such an option and was requested to drop by at their Vittal Mallya outlet. After driving half way across Bangalore and sitting through 2 hours of traffic, I am told that their vouchers start at Rs. 5000! Good that you have your own policies. But why give wrong information to customers and make them run around. Very disappointed.
