House of Music - Not genuine and pathetic service 2010-04-03
I had experience at this store. I bought a Yamaha Keyboard, paying huge amount.
They made us wait for 2 hours , after receiving the amount ,to give the keyboard with the adapter. Though we had called them well in advance.
They have not yet given us the genuine Invoice. The product sold looks like old product, keys are broken, When I called for help and service they were very rude.they said they have DONE A FAVOR by giving me a Keyboard.
To take the Keyboard to yamaha service centre i need invoice , which they refuse to give after number of follow up. They have asked me... read more -
