Very Sad Cake Buffet 2012-04-14
Went today for the cake buffet at kormangala.
Very sad expereince.. first they made us wait for 30 minutes because the press was there.
Then when we started eating the cakes were not too fresh.. the tart and the biscuits were very hard..
Nothing good about the red velvelt cake.
The rainbow cake was pathetic.. no taste.
Then in the middle of our buffet we were told that we can take only 1 plate.. and thats it... while marketing they say that they have 52 different varieties... now if i dont like the first set of items i take.. what am i supposed to do after... read more -

Go here all the time for their pastries, this time around went to try their sandwiches live counter along with cold coffee.
What we ordered -
1 Italian Grilled Vegetables(Choice of bread - Panini, they didnt have whole wheat and multi-grain which was my first choice)
1 Mexican Veg(Choice of bread - Panini, they didnt have whole wheat and multi-grain which was my first choice)
2 Cold Coffee
1 loaf of whole wheat bread
Total tab - 400(34 rs was VAT)

Nothing 'French' about The French Loaf! 2011-08-10
The pastries and cakes in this shop is nothing close to a good pastry/cake!! I wish they did not name their shop after one of the best countries in the world to provide awesome pastries, cakes and desserts :(
When we first went in, service was not great. We had a smoothie, croissant and coffee. When the smoothie first came, we sent it back as it was disastrous!! The response from the manager was a yell from the counter saying "This is what a smoothie is here!" Yeah, spoken like a true professional..

Good food at affordable prices 2011-06-13
This cafe is located close to our office in Koramangala and have been there with colleagues a few times. This place can be described in one word - uncomplicated. Looking at the name and the notorious priceyness of the Koramangala restaurants. I was apprehensive the first time. But was shocked when I saw the pricing - croissants priced under Rs. 25 in place with an ambiance comparable to the coffee days of the world!
