Great food! 2012-05-01
I've eaten at Egg Factory consistently over the past 2 years and I can proudly say that it is one of my favourite restaurants in Bangalore. The ambience is casual and laid back, so the focus remains on the food. The walls are splashed with witticisms and the lights are eggshell shaped!
On the food front, the menu is diverse but not disorganized. I have tried the pasta with the egg, the egg quesadillas, the egg bhurji all of which have been fantastic. Different, but I won't be returning 2012-04-28
Interesting concept, but disappointing. There are gross things written on the walls like "enema" and "urine." The menu is very confusing, as there doesn't seem to be any order of the dishes sprawled across excel tables. But most importantly, the food was just ok, and the service was poor. -

Eggs you to go meat-free 2012-04-23
A year ago,on a flying visit, the first dishes I tasted here were Spanish omelette (a subtle counterpoint to the fiesta I was expecting), Egg Chilli (obliged to order this common starter which managed to be above average),and Classic French toast with maple syrup (suited more for Continental kids than for Indian adults).
This month, I re-visited this place with more adventurous companions.

After a long wait I visited this place yesterday evening. I had gone through the reviews in Burrp, so had lots of expectations. And I should say this place didn't disappoint me at all. We were 7 in numbers, among us we had one frnd who was a veggie. We ordered basic basil for her and it was really yummy and filling. We ordered chilly fritattas, Pasta with egg bhuji, french toast with blueberry preserve, Quesadilla and malabar roast. For drinks v had cold coffee, ice tea and soft drinks. Faultless. Always faultless. The pastas are brilliant. Between friendly and refined, this spot has comforting & yummy food, a cozy setting, and polished service. The seating by the windows are the best. -

The moment you enter this a place a sense of calm takes over. The place is not overdone and reflects an out of the city charm. The staff is very polite and ever helpful.
Sumptuous, great food at a good price. value for money food. Apt and prompt service. Clean and hygienic ambiance.try out the pastas, its so yummy I normally have 2 plates of them. -

Lovely place, great ambiance. Note – I may be a bit biased since I am fond of eggs – amazingly nutritious within reasonable calorie limits , and yummy too!
Now about the place – I tried the egg Florentine and the akuri. Akuri was 90% to the authentic parsi way of making it, so full marks there, generous enough portions. The Florentine was good. Generous portions again. The soft boiled eggs were made to perfection – not too watery or firm. The place is comfortable, tucked away in a bylane of St Mark’s road so its pretty chilled. Excellent food presentation, good ambiance. Desserts were amazing and their service was very delighting. Very helpful staff in suggesting dishes as per our preference.
I'd say the prices are quite worth the mouth watering food here! -
