  • A nice cosy palce

I just had lunch at this place and am glad to write this review.
I usually take some time to write a review but I couldn't wait to review this place.
Being a Huge Huge fan of Egg , i was suggested this place by a friend.
I had Spicy egg burji,(Scrambled egg with Onion/spices) server with bread, butter and Jam. Must say, the best burji I've had, Sinful taste. later i ordered malabar curry combo Servedwith 2 small parathas, rice , Boiled eggs in groundnut gravy, pickles. The Curry was yum. Also ordered Cucumber Juice thingi which was so so.. My friends had ordered Egg biryani, Some pasta

  • Eggilicious!!!

Visited The Egg Factory last month and loved it!

Loved the innovative menus, the decor and the logo!

Loved the food and service. Your scrambled eggs were scrumptious as were your pancakes. Great job, guys!

  • Great eggs!

Love this place. Have been to The Egg Factory about 5-6 times. The place has a lot of soul. A cool chilled out place with spartan interiors. Its the simplicity of the place that I love. Its one of those places where you could go alone and sit with a book and not realize how time passed. Not to miss are the Fritattas and the Spanish Omelettes. They used to have this other dish called the "Son-in-law eggs" which was deep fried boiled eggs in groundnut gravy served with White rice. Really sinful. Really yummy! Its been discontinued now. Wonder why...Please bring it back!

    On the downside,

    Hi Yogesh,

Will definitely try it out on other days as well, but only if you bring back the "son-in-law" eggs! I loved em!

  • the simplicity of good ol' scrambled eggs!

There are somethings in life that one shouldn't experiment with... and a simple breakfast of scrambled eggs with toast certainly makes my list of 'not to be tampered with'.

I mean who in their right mind would want to experiment with the recipe for perfectly scrambled eggs, served with toast and butter?? Its a no brainer!! Pour some oil into a hot pan, toss in the eggs, stir a lil and voila!

I especially hate those "cheese & tomato omlettes" ... In my mind there's something really insane about that combination!

One not so early Sunday morning, I stepped into Egg Factory,

    Dear fsaleem,
We are touched by your words. Believe us when we say that...simplicity is close to our hearts. And we am puzzled...we do have the plain scrambled eggs. We are sorry our people failed to point it out to you.
And Mandarin on the menu...not to appear cool..we needed other languages for our menu to look like a instruction manual.
And of course we hope to see you more often notwithstanding the coffee machine :-). It is fairly decent ...we are told.
