Returned from this place an hour ago! It was truly exciting to see the menu - lots of variety like ice creams, sundaes, milk shakes etc. Since we did not want to try anything adventurous on the first visit, ordered for a kesar pista, butter scotch and brownie with vanilla ice cream.
Service:
Really quick. In fact within 10 minutes of placing the order, we had our desserts ready to be picked up (self service).
Taste:
OK. Not great though.
Ambiance:
Pretty clean. They were playing rock music but the ambiance never fit into it. This was amusing.
Bad experience:
Today, the IPL semifinal was on. Since there was a TV (I could carry it in my backpack - think its a 15 inch one), I thought I can enjoy my ice cream along with watching my favorite team winning the match. For some weird reason, the person at the counter changed to channel when only 2 overs were remaining. Also another person in white shirt (assuming he is the owner/in-charge) looked irritated whenever I went closer to the counter to glimpse at the TV!
Suggestions:
1) Bring some changes to the walls (these are really boring).
2) Not sure if you had this on your menu - serve flavored yogurts
3) Be a little more courteous to the customers. This will never hurt your business!! :-)
Above all I am wondering this place is Burrp Certified!! Frankly lots of improvement are required!
