Good doctors, average check in, bad phone service 2010-03-28
I was reluctant to post a review about this branch of Apollo clinic until my last experience with the Apollo Clinic chain.
This is my regular "source" of doctors for me and my family because of its proximity to my home. As always, the phone contact with these folks leaves me in a huff. The phone/reception staff have never failed - not once - to piss me off. They've consistently demonstrated a lack of caring, but tell me that a doctor is in, when he/she actually isn't, by telling me that a doctor is going to be in at a certain time, when the doctor isn't, and telling me to "come in and... read more -
