  • don't expect "sorry" or "excuse me" 2010-05-26

    The Tavern is one of the best pubs in Bangalore, however do NOT sit at the bar if being elbowed in the ribs or having someone's food order shoved in your face is not your style. The staff are not aware of the use of "excuse-me" or "sorry". Beer is good and well kept, but the bar menu is pure carp, chilli, chilli and chilli, everything (apart from the French-fries) tastes the same (I've stayed at the museum for 3 years on and off, I know). A decent bar menu would do this place proud!!!!
