    Reasons:
    1. The dopes manning the store are rude, cheap and won't let you play any of the higher end instruments if you don't look like you are overflowing with cash.
    2. The staff had a really bad chemistry among themselves. Last time I went, they were quarelling among themselves very loudly, and one dude almost hit the store manager.
    3. They act as if they are doing you a favor by agreeing to sell you instruments.
    4. You won't feel good about shopping here.
    5. After sales service is unbelievably bad. I had to go to the store 6 times to get my Schecter Elite Pro adjusted and    ... read more

    Cant even respect their customers. Buffoons work here and they have no manners what so ever. Avoid this place. I recommend rhythm musicals which is about a street away from this place. They have given me really good discounts and most of all they know how to treat a potential buyer.

    Over the phone they sound very nice, and promise to call you back with the details you asked for, and then hardly ever do so. I hope they change this attitude and revert back to the good old days when they had just opened their store.

    I have had good experience in the past, but of late the staff has turned rude. I plugged in an instrument, which they allowed quite reluctantly, and then when I did not like it enough to buy it, they were rude, and it caused me embarrassment in front of other customers. I would rather spend more in another store which knew how to treat customers.

    i don't know about those previous reviewers, but for me felt good when i went there.
    it was last year, i went there with my wife because she is interested in guitar. first time it was for seeing the guitar then second time we decided to take it. for me the seller looked very calm friendly because took lot of time before to decide about the color, and the guy had even showed us the imported ones (around 4500) and indan made ones (2500) that we finally took. after payment made they even gave us some free accesories.......after one week my wife went back there to ask for some good places to take    ... read more

    The staff are the worst I have ever seen the country. They won't let you play an instrument or an effects unit. I had gone there to buy a fender strat, but the moment I picked up one and started playing unplugged one of the staff said-"Keep it back from where you have taken, and you can't plug it in the amp; and please don't waste our time if you are not going to buy it". After this I kept the guitar there only and went to reynolds and got my guitar from there. These assholes should learn how to behave first.     I have visited this place a couple of times and spoke over phone once and all these three times I was hugely disappointed.
    Their response to customers is terrible, their prices are higher, they are not-at-all friendly.
    Guys, donot go to this place, they are a thumbs-down in all aspects. If you want to validate my review, then goto this shop once and then to goto Reynolds which is just around 300mts after this shop, you will see the difference yourselves.
    The professionalism is totally absent, these people need to learn from people like Reynolds & Furtados.
