Been going to this restaurant since a kid and had never been disappointed even once. An all Tibet team which runs this quite neighbourhood resto had definately one of the best chine food in this part of the town but now its all gone and dusted. To start with the renovations have closed off the cellar which had a larger and comfortable seating arrangement but now its completely closed and only one floor to cater too. Located around the corner on Richmond Road, next to the Lakme Showroom, Silver Wok is a time tested Chinese restaurant within the area. It has been serving some delicious chinese food for more than 10 years.
Having been a loyal customer of the place for many years, one of the thing that I have always admired about them is their quality and reliability. Silver Wok is a chinese restaurant on Richmond road. Parking can cause some discomfort, but it is worth the try.
It was quite evident from the other patrons who came in that the regulars know the menu inside out and know what variations the chef is willing to accommodate them with. We decided to try the crab soup and the bacon-wrapped prawns for starters along with two lime sodas.
