    I had just been to this place. If you are looking for a relaxing hair treatment or a facial never visit the place! Its not worth the money!! The ppl are really rude and the manager is pathetic! I'd call this daylight "looting".. My strong recommendation - NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!

    If you value your hygiene dont ever go to this place. Unsterilised combs and pedicure equipments, dirty used gown and headbands will surely welcome you. Not that the owner and manager are not aware of this but they do not bother. And mind you,they are not cheap! For the price you pay the service is far below average. And to top it all , when I requested the manager Mrs. Manasata to look into the same, her reply " Madam, we have hundreds of customers. If you do not like our service please dont come back". Talk about attitude.

    I first visited Salon Mousse for a haircut last year when I had very short hair. My fiance had recommended it to me. The lady stylist was very good and gave me a stylish haircut, which has proved a daunting task for stylists in other salons that I've visited. I had recently been there last week for a styling. I had given my hair six months so that it had grown till my neckline. The male stylist who attended to me was completely clueless as to what I wanted. Layers with a fringe - was what I'd told him. I even showed him some examples from the stylebook. He used a razor comb and then cut my hair.... read more

    I don't splurge too often on expensive salons, and I save it for special occasions. So given that Salon Mousse is an upmarket salon and looks fancy (the prices too are steep), I expected a lot. I walked in to the salon, only to be told that they only go by appointments. Even after booking an appointment, when I reached on time, the hair stylist was about 40 minutes late!! I wanted to get a hair cut and when I was explaining what I had in mind, she just had a blank look. I wasn't sure she understood my requirements, but she never bothered to clarify and went ahead and gave me a very drab "layers"... read more
