Decent food. 2012-01-25
Nice food and good service :) Eat as much as you want and they still keep insisting that you have one more roti, one more puri, a little more ghee.. :P
A pretty decent place to have gujrati/rajasthani food and to treat your Indian desi taste buds.

Decent food. But not big on comfort or service 2011-11-29
I went to Rajdhani in 4th Floor, Bangalore Central (JP Nagar) recently. It was a family outing and we went as a group of 10.
My major discomfort/complaint to the management is that they rush the service a little too much. Maybe it is because they are quite full most of the times, and there are people waiting, and so on. However, it still should never be forgotten that people who come to eat out, want to enjoy the food, the time out together and that is of the most primary objective in todays' times.

Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate people who take out time and have the courtesy to listen to and more importantly respond to feedback. Definitely a good sign, and hope you keep it going.
I understand your point about the rush in service, but still, please do keep it in mind that in todays' time and age, people want to go out so they all can spend some quality time together chatting and catching up on a week or month's worth of time.

Nothing outstanding... 2011-11-26
I know tastes are very subjective, but I do not get the appeal of this place. When i tried the food, I could'nt help thinking that it's just a selection of perfectly normal everyday indian food laced with a LOT of oil and salt - which is the only source of flavor... Not worth it i'd say...but then again that's only just my opinion. -

Amazing Foood & Great Service 2011-11-20
Been to Rajdhani couple of days back.. The food was simply amazing, but the best thing was the service. We literally were pleading the person not to serve, since we were full. So happy with the service and will surely be coming again and have already told people to try the best service. -

Didn't feel like a Rajdhani.. 2011-09-17
This was my first visit to Rajdhani. Ours and another family had been here for lunch. What was a big put off as we entered itself was the cramped place. Add to that the pretty loud noises of the other customers, skepticism had begun to take shape...
Before the start of the meal, we were waiting for a drink, which is usually served at most restaurants. Didn't get any. The servers seemed like they could use a good training course on better serving. They came, blabbered something about the food items (which none of us could understand) and served them.

cheating of buy 1 get 1 thali 2011-08-24
hi, today i recieved a maik saying there is a buy 1 get 1 thali offer for today and tomorrow. I called up rajdhani restaurant guys and confirmed abt the same. There were no preconditions mentioned in the mail likewise we need to show the mail/inform them about the offer.We went in a group of six and had dinner. At the end when the bill arrived,the bill was quoted for 6 thali's. when asked abt the offer showing them the email from our mibile. they created hungama saying.. u never informed us before. they also started like.. we cant revert now.. u have to pay the fll amt.. if u wanna have the offer,... read more -

Shame on the chain 2011-07-10
Have been having food at this well known chain right from the time they started at Crawford Market in Mumbai. But have to say that this one at Jayanagar is a shame on the chain. Never before has Rajdhani disappointed me - and i hope that this will be a one off experience. Here's why:
We land up on Sunday afternoon for lunch with my friend and her family. Though the menu shown outside was something, stuff served was different. Veggie's Delight 2011-07-02
Had been to Rajdhani for team dinner and i was overwhelmed by the menu. It's truly a place for vegetarians! The service was apt and the menu boasted wide varieties of curries and dals. Not to forget the basandis. This place is definitely a Veggie's Delight!!! -

Vegetarian delight 2011-02-08
Ive been to Rajdhani a couple of times now and each time its a gastronomical experience.The food served is fresh,hot and tasty.The dahi vada and dhokla are made so well that your can have a couple more.The phulkas are hot and its really great to feast on the array of curries and kadis and dal.The shrikand in the end is a great way to end the meal ....the only thing they don't provide is a cushy bed..... -
