Bad pizza pathetic service 2011-12-12
We went to Ragoos pizza at K R Road today, ordered a OLA LATINO LARGE PIZZA
The pizza was half baked and not eatable at all, we had to throw away most of the pieces and ordered a garlic bread instead.
Secondly customer service is pathetic, they did not care even when we showed them the unbaked crust.
We had to shell out Rs.420 vide bill no 44523 date 12/12/2011
I would be complaining to BBMP health officials about it. -

okay sort of place 2011-10-18
its a small place
we went on a weekday and it wasnt much crowded
nothing great about the ambience
the food is so so, nothing special
pastas , starters and mocktails that we had were decent enough but not great that make me wanna come again
our meal for 2 costed us arround 350
so if one doesnt want to spend much money and needs to have an okayish fare of food ,i'd recommend this place -

Rude service+Pasta sambar anyone!! 2011-06-05
I decided to visit Ragoo's with my cousin after my friend told me about the place.We entered the place and sat in a four-seater and after waiting for 15 mins, a waiter came to us and told us to vacate it because it was meant for a large group.And this he said when the the entire restaurant was empty!!.. I wanted to leave at that very moment but my cousin insisted that we stay and taste the pasta so we did..
The waiter finally made us sit in a two-seater in a very uncomfortable area of the restaurant.Since it was very suffocating my cousin asked him to turn on the AC which he never did.I... read more -

That's the only word to describe the place. The food was very 'different' and maybe some people like it that way. The starters came with some odd imli-ketchup sauce and it was neither Indian nor Italian. Avoid! -

Will definitely avoid... 2010-03-26
The food was decent...pasta and all that. But EXTREMELY disappointed with the service. There was one waiter (for want of a more politically correct term) who seemed to be the king of all he surveyed. I was in the middle of my pasta, when without as much as a warning simply took away the seasoning and chilli flakes bottles and kept it on someone else's table. Pretty rude and insolent guy. The bill was Rs. 295/- I gave them Rs. 300/- and didn't get back the change. I didn't bother to protest because I had had enough by then and have no intentions of ever going back there again. -

Fairly nice 2010-02-26
The food at Ragoo's is nice, but not great. We end up always ordering the Pasta Puttanesca, which is the one dish we really enjoy. The place is reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. Pizzas are very overpriced and unsatisfactory. Salads are good -- the dressing is delicious. -

Thin crust pizza is good, service sucks 2009-09-05
I've been there many times since my family likes the thin crust pizza here, but almost everytime I've hated the service here.
i) The waiters make us the waiters.
ii) Their owner once started abusing someone with the choicest of words right beside us.
iii) They almost always forget to give you water, and never ever clean the table in time.
Having said all this, I've liked their mango tango and pili pili a lot. Wish their service can improve. -

Worst food 2009-04-22
It was the worst culinary experience. We had noodles and a pasta bake dish. What I got as pasta bore no resemblance to the menu description of 'grilled with a crusty top'. It was simple pasta with some veggies, undercoooked peas in a sweet kethupy tomato sauce. When I asked the waiter, he was unapologetic and told me that this what they serve and no has complained before.
Roadside noodles from some random vendor would be better. On the whole, we came back feeling very dissatisfied. -

Great pastas, and garlic bread, nice place. affordable price so no need to think twice coming to this place for lunch or dinner. Give it a try i am sure u are going to like it.
My next target is Pizza over here. -

Very nice place 2008-11-06
We had a mushroom pizza and chilli garlic spaghetti. The food was surprisingly good. I enjoyed coming here and will definitely visit again. The staff was kind and courteous. The place wasn't too crowded as we went there slightly before lunch time.
Looking forward to trying out a few other pizzas and salads there the next time I am there. -
