My colleagues and I decided to try this place out for lunch today. I was quite enthusiastic about going here since, though it is located very close to where I live, I have never yet eaten here. We arrived in record time and parked our cars on the road (no private parking lot for this restaurant but there is ample parking space in the surrounding area) and walked inside. The waiter waved us to a group of tables near one corner of the restaurant, below a wall mounted flat screen TV and we seated ourselves in the fairly comfortable chairs and looked through the menus which were already on the table.... read more -

Nice food at a reasonable rate
Had dinner with my friends here. The Paneer masala was absolutely fabulous. The dal makhani was a bit of disappointment, but overall it was worth the money. -

nice hearty punjabi food
This is a nice, no frills punjabi eatery near Indiranagar BDA complex. The food is rich, hearty & very satisfying Punjabi fare - they also have the obligatory chilli chicken but I wouldn't recommend trying that.
We've been here & ordered home a few times. The chicken tikka masala, tawa chicken & gravies of that ilk are excellent. The signature dish for me is the punjabi mutton. I usually avoid mutton in restaurants as its very rarely cooked well. But this was superbly cooked to the point of falling off the bone.
The daal makhni is very poor though. I don't know why so many punjabi restaurants... read more -

Punjabi RAsoi...HSR Lyt..HORRIBLE
I was really happy when PR opened a branch in HSR after all that i have read on this website but my experience was horrible..their cook really loves to lather the food with saltttttttt..i tried this restaurant twice..and both the times...the food was wayyyy toooo saltyyyy...be it the alu-gobhi or the keema kaleji...another interesting item was the prathas...punjabi prathas so dismal that being a punjabi myself i will be put to shame to call it punjabi food...no butter on the prathas..and almost 0% filling...the restaurant looks good..ambience is nice...price is high but the taste..to say the least... read more -
