A two hour break prompted me & 3 other friends of mine to venture out of college for lunch. One of them suggested Popsies; being new to Bangalore I just tagged along. Once you enter Popsies it takes a few seconds to get accustomed to the lack of light. The decor is mainly bamboo shoots and tiny lanterns above your table that are the only source of light. Not complaining at all, the decor is pleasant. The washroom is clean as well.
We ordered the Veg Fried Schezwan Momo & the Chicken Fried Schezwan Momo for starters along with 3 Cokes. The momos were delicious. Just the right amount of spice.
For the main course we ordered Egg Noodles, Veg Fried Rice and Lemon Chicken Gravy. The Lemon Chicken was so tasty that the veggie in our group lapped up the gravy! The portions were generous as well. The service was prompt. You should get there by 12:30-1 as it gets crowded after that, so I've been told... :P
