Pathetic, eventually its shut! 2011-09-01
This place is now closed..its been took over by some one and the name has been changed.
It was expected as my last visit here was awful! Pure waste of money! -

Ambiance is ok. Looks like a big house converted into a restaurant. Not so good food- Ordered the momo/dimsum platter..out of the 4 types present in it, only 1 ws gud..Main course left much 2 be desired..price was 500 per person for 3 ppl, 1 platter and few main course dishes..I would not wanna go back for a-la-carte..buffet was Rs. 199 on weekday..may try it sometime..but number of dishes in buffet looked less.. -

Nothing great about Ping , Except for the Panwala outside :D
They have a lot of space , but that doesn't make a restaurant.
Ping People revise your menu , get new Chefs or you are closing down in another 6 months. -

I went to Ping and I walked off after a really bad experience. After placing the order I was made to wait for 1 hour and every time I enquired I was told that the food is getting ready. Only after I asked them to cancel the order did they tell me that they did not pass my order to the kitchen at all. And the waiters and the manager were so amateurish that they did not know how to handle the situation nor did they seem to regret for me being upset. I suggest people do not get misled by the award given by burrp as the best chinese restaurant in Bangalore for 2010. Am sorry but there are many better... read more -

I do not think they are bothered about the guest . Food and service was bad. we finished what ever we could and got out saying will never come back -

Pathetic food 2011-06-19
Ordered a takeaway last night which was Saturday. Uncooked chicken and tasteless food full of oil was what we got. Expensive that too. On a Saturday night, only 3-4 tables were full that itself shows how well the place does. We are never going back here again. -

Getting Worse By The Day 2011-06-17
Was the second time in Ping hoping that the things would have become better, but the rating has become 1 star from the 2 star which I rated earlier. No wonder that with the poor reviews, the owners have now stopped replying to the comments.
Wasn't too keen to go, however a friend insisted and hence we went.
Service was really really pathetic. Even when there were max 3-4 tables occupied when we came, the staff was hard to be seen as if they are too busy. Menu came after 2-3 reminders.

One of the most highly rated restaurants by Burrp, I refuse to believe it.
Me and a few of my friends (all of us love South East Asian food), went to Ping, because it was highly rated by Burrp.
When we first walked in, there was no one in the restaurant. I was quite appalled by this, now I know why. Read below.

We have been to Ping before and thought the food and place were decent. But our most recent trip to Ping turned out a complete disaster. We ordered dim sim starters, soup and Pad Thai. Firstly the food took forever to come. Then as our Pad Thai was being served we saw a long strand of black hair along with the noodles!!! The waiter apologized and took it away, promising a fresh preparation. This arrived shortly after... but as I dug into it, I found a half smoked bidi butt in it!!!!! Yes. Need to improve! 2011-04-29
25th April, 2011..Sit Down Buffet (not a good idea!) A buffet should be laid out & the customer should have the right to SEE whats on the menu & have the right to eat as much as they want!!! I don't want to be surprised with what's my food gonna look like!! At the sit down buffet - the servers bring such less quantity-you have to keep asking for more (which can get embarrassing) & not only that - the servers are in a hurry to serve you the main course!
