    I went to Play at Mantri mall last week and wanted to write about my poor experience. The stylist suggested a spa 'experience' for my hair which I agreed to (Rs 1800plus taxes). After the spa treatment, he asked me how I wanted my hair blow-dried. Since most parlours offer hair dry after spa so that you are not walking out with dripping hair, I thought it is part of the package and said I wanted it dried straight.     I have been a long time customer of Play.Initially I liked the place and hence became their regular. Although I liked the place the problem with these places is the lack of personalized service that is consistent. Their stylists change and the new ones are not good enough. Secondly they don't offer too many options in terms of styling. Maybe it's also because Ive been going there for quite some time. But I like their other salon in Mantri Mall that is much better. Price of a hair cut is 600 rs.
