Been wanting to visit this place since long...but somehow end up not going here...partly maybe because of the mixed reviews.
Anyways, today decided whatever happens will visit! :-)
Went there at around 2:15, so was totally starving.
Ambiance - Nice very nice. Entry itself i was sure i wont be disappointed. Staircase is lined up with paintings related to entertainment. Going inside its a very cosy yet not small placed, chairs are in form of small sofas which are very comfortable. Decor is nice, we were seating near the glass wall overlooking the main road, so tons of natural light.
Service - A bit slow. I ordered 2 starters and a pizza. First starter came in time, second one no sign even after 15 mins of finishing the first one. Then saw pizza getting served!!! Then the manager who took my order said that since 2nd starter was taking time they served the pizza instead. Quiet weird, but then due to the nature of the food...didn't really mind the order of the food being served.
Waiters were friendly and helpful.
Food - We ordered :
1 Garlic Bread : 95 bucks
1 Crunchy Baked Potato : 225 bucks
1 Farm House Pizza(12 inches, oven baked, they also have wood baked, but price is atleast 20% more and since i have had it before at another place, i didnt find much difference) : 485 bucks
1 Strawberry Sunrise Mocktail : 180 bucks
1 Chocolate Mousse - 160 bucks
Total - 1449, including VAT and 10% Service Charge.
Except the garlic bread everything was perfectly delicious!! Hands down the pizzas are the best in Bangalore so far of where I have tried. Beauty is that its thin crust but still not dry and very very juicy with a lot of generous toppings. This is how a thin crust pizza should be!
Crunchy baked potato, a very different dish and quite delicious too!
Mocktail and Mousse were good too!
Garlic bread was disappointing, the best I had was last week in Indijoe..try it out!
Overall - I enjoyed my lunch thoroughly, but I found it slightly expensive. Pizzas at 485 bucks is high. Starters at 225 is also high and so is mocktails at 180 bucks a glass.
Nevertheless looking forward to visit again for the Pizzas!
