This is continuation to my complaint I had placed in Pizza Corner. Today I got a call from the area manager Bangalore and he apologised for the mistake they had committed. He insisted that he sends me a complimentary pizza. He sent me a Chicken Supreme Pizza which I must admit was really good.
I had really made up my mind not to order from Pizza Corner again but, the call from manager again has made me to change my mind. Its really nice that they cared so much for one customer and went all the way to make me feel better. Such gestures really make a difference and make one believe that Pizza Corner believes that every customer is important to them. Thanks again for such a nice service.
