Cold Food and bad service!

The ambience is good and neat.... But the food served is cold and the service is really poor! The menu boasts been multi-cusine but they only had Indian. Not much choice for Vegeterians.... also the food served was cold :( Plus, in case u order something and it isn't available... they do not bother asking ur choice and change the dish as they like it.... Overall...... A poor experience

CRM at its best

It was a rainly sunday last weekend.....i was lazy to cook and called just dial directory services for some restaurant tel no that will deliver to our place in GM Palaya( where no decent eatery wants to deliver). one among them was Pink pepper which they messaged. Before i could call them there was a call from a Vikram asking " what would you like to order mam". It took seconds for me to respond because this level of customer service was not seen by me In 6 years of stay in bangalore i must have called various restaurants messaged by the directory service chaps but i got a call first time... read more

AUTHENTICITY AND WHOLESOMENESS OF FOOD WITH A DIF

HI,
i heard about this restaurant from a couple at a coffee shop,they were all gagagaga over the food,plus a special mention about the salads and desserts,.
SO being a chef myself I DECIDED TO VISIT THIS PLACE...........
true to their name their ambiance was so we;ll done up with pink--pink--pink,, their walls and couches especially...

Well i ordered for caeser and summer salad... a mixture of indian and chinese food and dessert..

i have to accept bthat their presentation of food is so so appetizing... tye moment i saw the freshness in the salad i was so so... read more

Who said multi-cuisine = satisfy all?

Multi-cuisine restaurants mostly disappoint – they try to satisfy too many people without being particularly good at any one type of cuisine and end up being mish-mash, confused places where you can order anything from panner tikkas to schezwan chicken. However, they usually do not have names like “Pink Pepper”. I went there expecting continental cuisine – and found that my friend and I were the only people in the place.
