I went to Ping and I walked off after a really bad experience. After placing the order I was made to wait for 1 hour and every time I enquired I was told that the food is getting ready. Only after I asked them to cancel the order did they tell me that they did not pass my order to the kitchen at all. And the waiters and the manager were so amateurish that they did not know how to handle the situation nor did they seem to regret for me being upset. I suggest people do not get misled by the award given by burrp as the best chinese restaurant in Bangalore for 2010. Am sorry but there are many better chinese restaurants in town!
