After reading the umpteen reviews about P!ng one Wednesday evening 3 weeks ago we chose to travel half across Blore from Cunnigham road to Koramangala to have Dim Sums which I absolutely die for! This meant not going to Infinitea or Shiros or HongKong hustle ! and I am absolutely sad to say the least to have made the wrong choice! After 1 hour 15 mins of travel time and the terrible Hosur Road traffic we reached there with empty stomachs a huge appetite and huge expectations to be absolutely disappointed! firstly after reading so much about the place we were quite surprised to be only the 4th table in there! The indoor sitting was not warm at all so we chose to sit outside! honestly the best thing I Ate that day and had to actually ask for more was the sauce dipped wanton /whatever it is that is served on teh welcome! being a dimsum fan we ordered for the dimsum platter and were left gasping for breath after that! some were too spicy! some plain bland! the mushroom thing was terrible!! We finished the dimsums/whatever else qualified as dimsums on that platter and left in 15 mins with sheer disppointment and a promise to never return! wasn't worth any effort of getting there

We are equally disappointed that you did not like your food. It does surprise us somewhat because the Dim Sum Platter you are mentioning is one particular menu item that has always had very rave reviews.
From your review, we get to understand that you found some of the items spicy. Indeed, the platter is an attempt to get a mixture of types of flavours. Perhaps, you found the spicy grilled mushrooms and the spicy soya dim sum a bit too spicy for your taste. We certainly entertain customers who want customisation in their dishes. So, if you do wish to give us a second chance, we will be happy to serve you better
On the ambience, as you rightly said - the inside sitting is the AC section and we find a lot of our customers liking the non AC seating due to its openness and pleasantness in the evening
