good food...authentic dishes... 2012-05-24
found the fish & chips brilliant.considering have had this many a times in london & places in india too,its was really authentic as i would have expected it to be for the price i pay for this dish.i would have been furious & gone if it wasnt right.the fish,the chips & the sauce are so made for each other.all compliments to the chef,he obviously did a great job i conveyed my happiness to him.the prawn wrapped in abcon was okay.certailny not as good as the fish n chips.cheers Jai Hind. -

A new concept for group office lunch. The economy buffet is a great concept which does not let you get up, everything from the welcome drink to dessert is served on the table. The food comes piping hot from the kitchen and is very tasty. The ambience and service are uncomparable to any other place. The price well that is the surprise package- 495 includes everything for both veg and non veg. We were 15 persons , 10 opted for non veg and 5 for veg. Awesome staff with fine dining ambiance. Perfect for a team lunch or treat. The starters have a great choice for vegetarians too. Have been there twice and each time got more than expected. The food and starters both are tasty. If you are looking for a relaxed meal with fine dining experience and price, you have got this as the right choice. Strongly recommended.

great food like before 2012-04-26
this is my second visit to this place, the ambience is wonderful as before, the food and service a lot better.
we landed at 3, for lunch and were informed about the ongoing chaat festival, where the entire chaat menu is at a good discount.
yummy chaats alongwith mango lassi was superb.
the menu now includes the chinese and thai which is extensive .
wud definitely go back with my friends for the chaat festival before it gets over. -

lovely ambience 2012-04-25
seated in the inside chambers dressed up in soft pink hues, you overlook the beautiful tree lined 100 ft road below adding to the dining experience. The view on a weekday is lazy and relaxed.
The food itself is very good with all the different cuisines retaining their original flavors.
The continental is particularly very nice, so is the chinese.
The chaats are very authentic and nice and spicy. The sweets particularly the kulfi was not upto the mark, the falooda being too sweet.
the service was warm and personal.
It was nice to come back . -

The new additions to the menu the thai and chinese are very good and authentic. The continental section though not very exhaustive maintains its flavor and originality, very similar to the food served in the sister concern woodstok.
The dal makhani remains my favourite here, as i feel it compares to the best any where else, including the north.
the service has improved greatly, the the interiors as usual is very very pleasing. -

Interesting, but just once... 2012-04-20
My husband and I visited peacock last weekend. Much to our surprise when we asked about the drinks menu and happy hours, rant came the statement that its a dry day due to some temple festival (definately a first time I have heard of this, except for 2nd oct!). So then we settled for some mocktails..one a coffee-chocolate combo and other a strawberry concot. Both of the drinks were okay, definately tasted better ones though. Slightly Expensive : Good Food 2012-04-07
We went to this place a month back. Ambience was very good and staff was very courteous. However the food was okay and slightly over priced. Can be tried once as they big spread and choices. -

Peacock is amazing place to be when you want to be alone, hardly find people here:) I read the review and went to this place. I was so disappointed by this place and the people who has provided a good review to this Restaurant. Now i realized the management has hired some people to write reviews... if you see the people who dine here and write reviews are the people who does not like any place in Indiara nagar.lolz... isn't funny. Bad decor, highly priced, ill behaved manager...not even worth a try -
