  • Pricey and not upto the mark 2012-05-06

Been here for Sunday lunch, well the ambiance is colorful and attractive, dhaba style. But the food is just ok. The Malai maarke Lassi was the only thing which delighted us. Rest of the stuff was pretty ordinary , but came at a big price ! 300 bucks for 5 pieces of Methi Chicken was way too much , its not a fine-dining place !! Service was pretty slow once the crowd came in. No water served ( had to ask ) and no serving portions on second helpings !! No justification to the High Price-tag !

We ordered Dal Makhani, Paneer Karahi and a chicken dish and were not disappointed at all. Also, Lassi was great. Waiters were little slow and wouldnt understand in 1 shot but the service was overall ok. A little higher in costs - a meal for 3 costs around 1450 which is almost 500 per head ex. Mineral water bottle for Rs 50. Also,... read more

  • Oye! Spoiling the name of Amritsar 2012-02-08

I have been to this place twice. The first time we went, it was a bad experience. We thought it may be an issue as they just opened up, so we thought of giving them a second chance.
First time: The service was aweful. We were six people. We had to ask them for everything... water, spoons, menu. It felt as if they were all sleeping and dint know that they had customers to attend to. The restaurant was not full, so we can't give them the benefit of having too many customers to attend to. The service was so bad that we got the sabzi and kept waiting for the rotis. We ordered another sabzi and
