awesome place but bad service 2012-02-16
it was my birthday few days before me and my group of friends zeroed on dis place for the party.. The Ambiance is really good .. Hookah n the starters are really awesome .. we all liked it a lot, but the major drawback was the service.. its too slow.. they took more than 40 mins to serve us a plate of french fries n the manchuri. we wer very much disappointed with the service and the rating is olny for the service. rest ... Mockaholic good going.. !!!

Not friendly folks!!!!! 2010-12-02
Although a good concept and name!!! But when you enter and locate for a place to sit you will understand the first flavor of customer service. You may have to change the place at least few times and the people who serve make faces as though your taking a service for free from them. -

we have trained our people to be customer friendly and customer centric which made to arrange place for new customer, which has made an inconvenience to you by shifting to other table.
well i would instruct them not to change table without customers consent..... and other things about the attitude will definitely change.....
