I am genuinely surprised there are not many reviews for Marata Darshan.. On the contrary it means... not many have visited it yet... so hopefully this Food Treasure is known to only a few and the food quality remains good...
Anyway - Marata Darshan is one my choicest places when i am in the mood for some Really GOOD Non-Veg !
Some really tasty Mutton Korma & Mutton Fry .. with rice and chapathi (or Ragi Mudde)...

Normally I wouldn't walk into a restaurant like this unless someone recommends it strongly - and that's precisely what happened - it was recommended to me by a close friend.
There's only one word to describe the taste of Mutton at this place - homelike.
On the flip side it has no ambience whatsoever (no-frills eatery you can say), you may need to stand in a queue for a while, and it's not the most hygenic looking places to eat - but having said that, I've eaten unhygenic food at some of the very upmarket restaurants in Bangalore and elsewhere.
