Lakme salon is simply a third class salon with such a big brand name of lakme!! I wonder why and how does lakme even allow these 3rd grade franchise to sm people who misuse it! I had booked an appointment a day before hand and wen i reached on time. i had to wait for 1 hr. Wenever i asked this lady at the reception.. she used to say 5 min.. 5 min... 5 min.. the services are usually good..but the last time i'd been there definitely makes it the last i'll ever go there.
i had fixed an appointment for a haircut, but was called in 45 mins later!!
finally got thru the whole thing and the haircut looked ok too.but a couple of days later my head was itching like crazy..and to my horror i found tics in my comb. was a nightmare of a week.
the service may be good for some, but they seriously need to work on keeping their stuff clean
This branch of Lakme Salon do provide all the beauty solutions like in any other branch but isn't all that great.
The beauticians most of the times do not understand your requirement. You ask them to keep the eyebrow thick, and they make it as thin as possible.
Ask them for a simple clean up treatment. Beauticians do something else, and when its time to pay, they inform about the different treatment given and request you to pay extra. I guess, one needs to doubly make sure they are getting the same treatment they've opted for.
