It was one of the best kebabs I ever had...
Very relaxing ambience, great service and good management.
Being there with family was too good. Excellent cuisines and prompt service makes it a MUST GO.

Well! Well!! What a pity 2011-06-08
A brand with excellent history. Chefs of great repute. It is a pity to see such an ordinary produce out of a great farm.
The settings are great, I loved the ambiance, stony and rugged. The food was ... Oh My Gosh... I never expected this.
They could have done a much better job with the food than this. That does not mean that it is bad. -

top rated property - bad food - awful service 2011-05-11
this is one of the top hotels in Bangalore and when I went there on a special ocassion I was expecting atleast some good experience.
table was booked in advance but the booked table turned out to be not to our liking and the place was full, wonder why, so no other choice.
the worst thing about this place - Service. the waiters are least bothered about customers and have no courtesy at all. Kept waiting for menu card and then for placing order. they seemed to be running around doing nothing!
Choice of items is too limited, the list for vegetarians is so small that you barely spend any... read more -

Going to such a swanky ass hotel and a restaurant there you generally expect a lot from it. The prices is big money but you obviously expect the food to be that good also. This wasnt worth it at all. ITC has much better restaurants in other hotels of theirs. This was really dissapointing. Firstly the decor is really distasteful. No theme whatsoever and the sitting quite uncomfortable too. The menu is so very limited to only a couple of dishes in every segment and most of the dishes quite ordinary too. the kebabs didnt make that much of an impression. Indian food without glamour 2011-03-05
ITC and it association with Indian food is well respected. Thus I decided to visit the Indian restaurant at the ITC Gardenia.
Ambience: Neutral and rustic. I guess it is good not to be too loud, thus they do a good job with it.
Food: Average and nothing to boast of. I could get the same fare at a good standalone restaurant like Samarkhand or Umerkot at half the price.
Service: Laid back and not very efficient by not lax.
I would have no reason to rave about this place other than for the glamour attched to the parent hotel. -
