Had some great italian food here.. Nachos is a must try.. Ambience and Customer service is pretty good.. Lovely Place... A bit on the expensive side.. -

LOAD OF CRAP. 2012-05-22
Last sunday 20th may i went to Italia with my wife for dinner. We ordered for a Dela Casa Crostini...or something like that... The waiter was so dumb... he asked me.. isme BAINGAN hai.. aap BAINGAN khaate hai?? I was stunned... We also called for a Cosmopolitan... THEY SERVED IT IN A COKE GLASS WITH A STRAW....WTFF???
We did not have the courage to order main course after this... we paid and left.. -

We had decided to try out both Little Italy and Italia in Indiranagar. Little Italy turned out to be great while Italia was quite a disappointment. The Insalata Mista absolutely lacked any flavor or taste. The pizza was good but the pasta with pesto sauce was just so-so. The blueberry cheesecake was an absolute let down, with the crumb part tasting of coconut. The seating in the lower alcove is cramped with not even enough leg room. A bit disappointing 2011-08-11
Good food but too much quantity in your plate.
I took the 4 fromaggi Risotto and it doesn't taste like in Italia because they don't use Italian products ..... A bit disappointing .. -

Last Sunday after a long research on Burrp for Italian restaurants.....me and my friends decided on Italia Ristorante & Bar.. to celebrate Friendship Day lunch...All my friends Love Italian food . We ordered Pale Di Potato for starters and Milano & Romeo Wood fire Pizza. I personally liked Pale Di Potato.....me n my friends super liked the food and look forward to come back soon.... -

100 ft. road in Indiranagar has long been the Mecca of Independent restaurants on the Bangalore circuit and it worked for a lot of reasons.
They were always closer to homes : so families did not have to snarl all the way into central bangalore and back thro the traffic Jams,the costs vs space ratio was better, they didnt have to compete much (which helped keep their USP intact)and Richmond/Frazer town were still expensive independent houses that didnt 'convert' to alfresco restaurants!

Heads up - this is a veg joint and surprises...., i actually enjoyed the food here .
Though a bit noisy in the evenings due to the traffic on 100 ft road - this is a place i would readily take some veg freinds out for dinner -

The first thing I have against this place is that it is pure vegetarian and I, a pure non-vegetarian, never know what to do in such a joint, especially when the food is costing the earth. Anyway, as I have many pure vegetarian friends and colleagues, I have ended up here time and again. Everytime I left, I would tell myself, well never again. wat happened to this place?? 2011-01-08
I have been to this place earlier and have had wonderful and memorable meals. I have had one of my best meals here. But my last experience was really bad. The food was OK, service slow and to top it all, we found an ant on our plate. When brought this to the manager's knowledge he simply took away the plate!!!
Never gonna go back there..... -
