Visited this place attracted by outer ambiance, but met with a first bad impression of a harsh waiter who had no interest in serving and was showing irritation while asking for suggestion. None of the waiters who served us had any patience and a waiter showed anger for some credit card issue. Four waiters passed by because first three had no clue on service (Cleo24 has rightly commented).
About the food, I read Burrp review on phone while ordering and thank to hrs2cool for his suggestion on Nachos. It was great. Pasta and Pizza are not great. Good ambiance.
It was a bad experience with waiters-bozos. They have no respect for customers.
I would recommend Sphagetti Kitchen instead of Italia which is just 5mins from this crap Bozo-land.. I have had the best food there and wow those waiters. Just love the way they treat customers. I love the food and people of this restaurant. Thumbs up to Sphagetti Kitchen.
