  • Worst movie watching experience Mar 30, 2013

    Today I watched a movie at Innovative multiplex and I must say it is the worst movie watching experience i have had in Bangalore. The ticket charges are as high as in other multiplexes, but the experience nowhere near them. We watched 11.45 am show. There was no A/C or little A/C throughout the movie. I was sweating throughout the show. The seating is not comfortable. The theatre does not look maintained at all. There was a bucket kept infront of the entrance door to collect Leaking water. I wished I had watched the movie at a better place. Definitely will not go there a second time.

    Last month when I visited this theater for watching a movie, it was one of the worst experience which myself and my wife had. Seats are totally buggy, it seems there were bugs in almost all the seats, whichever seat we sit, there was a irritation caused to body . Not sure if the theater is cleaned after every show. Toilets were unclean. For a big multiplex like Innovative, I never expected such a bad experience. Decided not to go again to watch a movie there.

    We have seen it all at this theatre. Movies being started earlier than scheduled time. THe last 15-20 minutes of a movie cut out for long lasting suspense. Terrible queue management, depending on the mood, people are allowed to cut the line for a variety of reasons (e.g. tickets for a movie that has already started) with no announcement whatsoever, so if you are decent and remain in the line, then it is your loss. No separate line for internet ticket holders.

    this place is quite nice . is decent enough for any one and every one.. but the prbs is with the seating which are comfortable but the back rest is bit long .. making it impossible to see the full screen,. esply screen 4 is not a good place to watch a movie.
