The boss and I went there the second day that they re-opened. They were serving only dosas, scrambled eggs, egg sandwiches and coffee. No lime juice or cold coffee was available. They've rented out a small place, a single room, that can seat probably 50-60 people at a time. The charm of the place on MG Road is completely missing. The only remnants are a couple of coffee posters that are hung up.
A few positives:
There is no stinky loo (yet!) that you had to go by to get the first floor (like in the old place.)
They printed new menus! Yea! So, you can actually discern the words and not try looking through hardened, old ketchup and chutney stains.
That being said, it's still a decent place to grab a bite and a cup of coffee when you're in the neighbourhood.
