hopeless 2012-05-01
had been there on may 1st...it was really hopeless to the core..the food was really bad..service and hospitality was bad...irresponsible waiters...just the people around were good...the food was totally cold...u really dont have to go so far from bangalore to have such food...and the swimming pool is a gutter...really hopeless... -

Beautiful place! The road to this place needs to be tarred but the resort is pretty decent. The food was good too! I heard that they have ghazal nights and play cricket on big screen and I am sure it must be lotsa fun on selected days! -

Lots of Greenery, great Ghazals, fabulous food !! 2011-06-05
Visited Holiday Village on friday with a group of family friends and their kids and must say we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening..
The Live Ghazal programme which they have every friday night
is awesome. The singer is excellent, a little classical but very good..
He does entertain requests but prefers to stay on track, no new filmi
songs is what I mean, and thats the way it should be ......
The Tandoor food here, the non veg starters & Gravy dishes are excellent..

“What a Fabulous & electrifying evening !!” 2011-03-31
We stayed over a Holiday Village, last nite, we were a family of 6. and took the non ac family cottage.
We had basically gone there to watch the semi finals of the world cup on the theater screen.
We were lucky to get a table in front of the screen and the evening was truely electrifying.
The crowd chanting and dancing made the atmosphere most enjoyable.
We retired to comfortable night after a fabulous meal, the food here has always been fabulous.
Look froward to being back soon -

Been to this place last sunday. Tried calling up to book a table and there was no response. Landed there around 11.30 am...not difficult to locate...around 3 kms from metro on kanakapura road...place is big with ample car park inside...especially the crowds on sundays could be really huge....there is very nice swimming pool in case you want to spend a day...i think there were few rooms available if someone wants to stayover...not sure about the tariffs though...we reserved a nice lounge table towards the pool...place started filling by 1pm and was full within 30 mins...not many non-veg options...ju... read more -

Best Outdoor 2010-03-28
I found this to be the best to spend half of my day. One can spend time swimming and burning out all the calories before hitting the plates. Good food n alcohol served at a very affordable price. avg of 400 per person is wat we end up spending per person usually. my friends usually enjoy the BBQ and veggies got to live with the regular north india style :-) . loved the seating style, lighting. gazals played on sundays i guess and ipl's projected on screens. this place never bored me out -

Most memorable New Year celebration 2010-02-04
This place is quite far, takes an hour and half to reach from Bangalore. As soon as we reached, I was taken aback n was about to jump of joy coz there was Candle Light dinner!!! We took our seats facing each other, with candle light in between us.. I was highly over joyed. What more could I ask for New Year celebration? There were tables right next to the swimming pool but we couldn't sit there, as the tables were occupied. So there was a pool which we could see, a candle b/w us, cool breeze...
