    This is the first time I'm writing a review as I normally find it tedious! But I thought I should devote at least 5 minutes to write about Highnote! Been here MANY times. The food is always good, what I really like is the consistency. There are no bad hair days for this chef! The pan fried noodles, bacon wrapped prawns, chilly pork, mushrooms in paprika and caramel custard are all yum!

    High Note is fairly well known. Good Asian and Euro food, Live band yadayadayada. Nothing special. Another standardfare solid 'anytime' Bangalore eatery.

    Here's why.

    Bengali cuisine. Best in Bangalore full stop. And this includes the famous ones, this includes the specific-to-Bengali-food ones, this includes every restaurant. If you want better or more authentic Bengali food, you will have to visit the homes of your Bong colleagues and friends.

    I just love this place and go back again and again. I love to sit in the open are as I am more of a outdoor person. Love the grilled chicken in hot basil. Ambience is good. Food is good. Service is friendly and a great value for money.

    I've visited Highnote multiple times over the last two years and always find it consistently good in terms of the food being tasty, the staff friendly and I leave the place feeling happy.
