    This place is a total disaster. We went there for team lunch and it turned out to be disaster.
    Firstly, the staff was not there when we reached. No one to listen to. Then they told us, that the just kitchen had just started so it'll take another 30 mins to get anything.
    After that the 2 starters that came were horrible, both of them half cooked and one of the veg starters, was smelling and stale. Then the crockery, plain water glasses were smelling.
    They term themselves as bar & restaurant, but when you ask for liquor they'll say, we don't serve it here.

    we been here before and have recommed this place to all our relatives. The tasty food and the pleasant atmosphere to chill out. A really big place for our kids to play around. The mutton biryani, the murg malai kofta and the vinegar onions and chutney and jamoon all keep us going here often.

    a real good place for families to sit relax enjoy the cool interiors of the place and get a real good meal from tasty kebabs starters to delicious biryani - the mutton biryani with dal tadka was really yummy and the old classic music playing in the back ground was also great - really great place

    I visited Heera on the 14th of Feb. I decided this place after hearing that it was from the same group as that of Ruh. I had visited Ruh sometime back and had loved its ambience and service.
    We were a group of 10 friends and I knew all the restaurants would be crowded as it was Valentines day, so had booked for a table before hand. I got a confirmation that my table would be available by 9:15pm.
