If there was an online shopping experience in India, that I could compare to Amazon, Flipkart is it. Be it CD's or Books (the only 2 things I have bought from them while I know that they have expanded) - their service and delivery is purely a fantastic expereince - I guess they have Distribution Outlets in Major cities which helps them deliver within a day in th Metro's.
Quite recently - I ordered some books on Friday evening at 4 PM and 90% of the items were delivered on Saturday noon. Items are typically discounted 10-30% which is an added benefit and the packing is excellent.
